You can schedule sessions through my secure client portal or by reaching out via email or phone.
I offer flexible scheduling to fit your needs—some clients prefer to meet weekly, others bi-weekly, monthly, or on an as-needed basis. I typically recommend weekly sessions at the start, or when you’re looking to immerse yourself more deeply in the work. You're welcome to choose the frequency that feels right for you, or we can talk it through together.
If you'd like to set up a regularly recurring schedule, it's often easier for me to arrange that on my end—just let me know and I’ll take care of it.
If you’re still considering whether to work with me, I’m happy to offer a free 15–20 minute consultation. It’s a chance to ask any questions you might have and get a sense of whether we’re a good fit. Feel free to contact me directly to schedule.

The Client Portal is powered by SimplePractice, a secure, HIPAA-compliant electronic health record system. I use it for scheduling, managing client records, secure messaging, payments, and digital paperwork. Before your first session, you'll receive a link to fill out intake forms and any other necessary documents through the online portal.
For easy access to scheduling, secure chat, and billing information, you can download the SimplePractice Client Portal app, available on the App Store or Google Play .

Therapy sessions are client-centered, trauma-informed, and tailored to your unique needs and goals. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, emotions, and thought patterns in a space grounded in empathy, compassion, and curiosity.
My style tends to be interactive and inquisitive, and I aim to support you in feeling understood, safe, and engaged in the process. Sessions may involve deep exploration, reflection, and practical strategies, depending on your goals and where you are in your journey.
For couples, I help partners express their needs more clearly and become more responsive to each other, building a stronger, more resilient connection. This work can help navigate difficult transitions, such as parenting, career changes, relocation, or challenges like betrayal. In some cases, therapy may focus on ending or transitioning the relationship respectfully, honoring both partners' needs and feelings.
It’s important that you feel comfortable with me and with my style for meaningful progress to occur. If you have any questions, concerns, or requests, please don’t hesitate to bring them up in session. Our work is collaborative and requires your open and honest participation. The more you invest in the process, the more growth and change you’re likely to experience.

My approach to therapy is holistic and trauma-informed, integrating body, mind, heart, and true nature. I work with clients who are not only seeking relief from symptoms, but also a deeper sense of self-awareness, resilience, and fulfillment—both personally and professionally.
Healing happens on multiple levels, and I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities to meet your individual needs with care and intention.
Some modalities include:
Humanistic and Transpersonal Psychology – emphasizing personal growth, authenticity, and connection to deeper meaning
Internal Family Systems (IFS) – working with inner parts to heal wounds and develop self-leadership
Somatic Experiencing – supporting nervous system regulation and trauma resolution through the body
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) – helping individuals and couples strengthen emotional bonds
The Gottman Method – helping couples improve communication and strengthen their connection
My work is always guided by a respect for your lived experience, your pace, and your capacity for healing. I integrate these approaches based on what best supports your goals, values, and personal process.

No, I am an Out-of-Network provider, which means full session fees are due at the time of service. I do not work directly with insurance companies or process claims on your behalf. However, I can provide a superbill (an itemized receipt) that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Insurance companies require a formal mental health diagnosis to cover any mental health service claim.
Please note that if your insurance company provides you with any reimbursement for therapy sessions, they may request access to parts of your clinical record as part of their auditing or review process.
If you're considering using Out-of-Network benefits, I recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to understand your coverage and any requirements.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance (“private pay”) an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800.985.3059.
